SportsCenter is hitting the road again.

Sara Walsh and Bram Weinstein will complement ESPN’s coverage of the Top 5 matchup between No. 2 Florida State and No. 5 Notre Dame by anchoring SportsCenter from Tallahassee, Fla. today (10 a.m.-1 p.m. ET) and Saturday (8-9 a.m.).

This marks the second time in three weeks that Walsh and Weinstein are taking the network’s signature show on the road. On Oct. 4, the duo split anchoring duties with Walsh in Oxford, Miss. and Weinstein in Starkville, Miss.

“We had a blast in Mississippi, at different locations, so being in one place should be great,” Walsh said. “I think we’re most excited just to be able to hear each other!”

“Being at Notre Dame-Florida State is incredible for SportsCenter,” Weinstein said from Tallahassee. “We want to be at the largest events, we want to take fans with us to the biggest events. It displays what SportsCenter can do to give fans better access and take them inside the biggest events.”

SportsCenter in Tallahassee will feature former Florida State and Notre Dame coaches Bobby Bowden and Lou Holtz reliving the “Game of the Century” (1993’s matchup between the No. 1 Seminoles and No. 2 Fighting Irish), as well as special guests and surprises (see sidebar).

“Anytime we can do a show on campus, the energy is amazing,” Walsh said.

“The Mississippi trip was interesting — it was our first go at it, and we did it in a difficult way, being in two different places,” said Weinstein, noting SportsCenter’s on-site coverage will originate from the ESPN College GameDay demo field. “This week we have more of our [SportsCenter-specific] people. Two weeks ago went pretty well, but this week will be even better.”
