So, you’re about to graduate from college, and you’re looking to start a career in sports at ESPN. We’d love to have you.

Visit ESPNCareers.com, and you’ll see several internships and entry-level positions open in various departments throughout the company. It’s always a competitive process.

But if you’re seeking a career within Digital Media that can accelerate the start of your career, the Digital Media Associates (DMA) program might be for you.

Designed to provide a personalized learning experience based on individual objectives matched to ESPN’s current business needs, DMA is a highly-competitive, customized program that develops top candidates for the ESPN’s Digital & Print Media group.

Over the course of the 12-month program, Associates gain real-world exposure to ESPN’s digital and print platforms while rotating through a series of wide-ranging disciplines, including editorial, mobile, video, social and/or creative design. Working with ESPN’s senior leaders at each stop, Associates gain a cross-functional knowledge of how ESPN’s diverse departments collaborate to tell stories and serve sports fans. Anytime. Anywhere.

The Digital Media Associates site includes more information about the program and how to apply, including blog entries from current Associates and profiles of past participants.

“Past and present DMA’s have helped shape the program into a personalized experience,” said Joslyn Dalton, lead manager of the program. “The result is a win-win for ESPN and the candidate. Identifying immediate and specific departmental needs allows us to create a unique fit for each diversely talented Associate. Positioning them at these intersections is what differentiates the program.”
