With help from Legler, Golic and Greeny prep for NBA All-Star Celebrity Game debuts

Every weekday morning Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic of Mike & Mike “talk the talk” about the NBA, its stars and the latest games. But tonight in New Orleans, as players for opposing teams in the Sprint NBA All-Star Celebrity Game 2014 (7 p.m. ET, ESPN/WatchESPN), Greeny and Golic will have the opportunity to “walk the walk.”

Watch the video above to see exclusive portions of their high-impact training session with ESPN NBA analyst and 10-year NBA veteran Tim Legler. Besides displaying their basketball skills, Legler’s pupils hone their trash talk skills.

Greenberg and Golic join a celebrity lineup including fellow ESPNers SportsCenter anchor (and New Orleans native) Stan Verrett and NBA analyst Bruce Bowen. Greeny’s team will be coached by KIA NBA Countdown analyst Jalen Rose, while Golic will hit the court for Countdown’s Bill Simmons.

Mark Jones will call the action from the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, alongside analyst Jon Barry and reporters Stuart Scott and Chris Broussard.
