Red Sox skipper John Farrell shares thoughts on ESPN’s Curt Schilling

On Thursday, John Farrell – reigning World Series champion manager of the Boston Red Sox – made one final stop before boarding a plane to sunny Fort Myers, Fla. for Spring Training. [The Red Sox season opener against the Baltimore Orioles can be seen on ESPN2, Monday, March 31, at 3 p.m. ET].

Farrell made his first trip to ESPN’s Bristol, Conn. campus and went through the “ESPN Car Wash,” appearing on a variety of shows, including SportsCenter and First Take. He also conducted a special question-and-answer session at the annual ESPN.com MLB Digital Summit.

Front Row had the opportunity to catch up with Farrell, who discussed his day on campus and the impact of ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball franchise. Farrell also shared his thoughts on ESPN Major League Baseball analyst — and former Red Sox star — Curt Schilling and his recent cancer diagnosis.
