Can you please tell me what time I can catch Hammerin’ Hank Goldberg’s NFL picks during the playoffs? – Jenny
On the days there are playoff games, Hank’s picks will appear approximately 40-50 minutes past the hour on the morning edition of SportsCenter. Hank will make his picks tomorrow morning between 9:40 and 9:50 a.m., and between 8:40 and 8:50 a.m. on Sunday morning. Both editions of SportsCenter will be on ESPN/WatchESPN.
Will you be re-airing the 2014 BCS National Championship Game? – John
Replays of the game are currently scheduled for Monday at 3 a.m. and 2 p.m. on ESPNU. You can also watch a replay of ESPN’s traditional telecast and different viewing options from ESPN’s BCS Megacast on ESPN3 via WatchESPN.
Why doesn’t ESPN cover MMA? – Jaymes
Jaymes, you may not be aware, but you can get the latest MMA news and analysis from ESPN.com’s MMA Live Extra video series and the site’s MMA section. Besides this regular multimedia coverage, SportsCenter was recently on-site at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas covering UFC 168. As part of this coverage, UFC president Dana White took over SportsCenter’s Twitter and Instagram accounts for what was called #DanaCenter.
I’m excited that you have started showing World Cup commercials. When will you start televising the games? – Craig
The commercial Craig is referring to (video below) debuted during ESPN’s Rose Bowl coverage on January 1. ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC will combine to air all 64 matches live June 12-July 13. In addition, WatchESPN will show all ESPN and ESPN2 games. While the full TV schedule hasn’t been announced yet, we can tell you that, as just announced this week, Ian Darke will be the lead play-by-play commentator for ESPN’s World Cup coverage.
