Tom Brady and the Patriots grant a young fan’s wish in next installment of ‘Mi Deseo’ airing Sunday on ESPN Deportes and Sunday NFL Countdown

The second installment of the “Mi Deseo” series features a wish by Eduardo Martinez of Grand Rapids, Mich. and quarterback Tom Brady of the New England Patriots. Eduardo, 18, who is battling pulmonary hypertension and right-sided heart failure, scores a touchdown during a Patriots practice as part of his two-day experience with the team.

Watch the “Mi Deseo” segment as Eduardo is greeted by Patriots owner Robert Kraft and then meets Brady in Gillette Stadium. The segment is narrated by ESPN Deportes commentator Jerry Olaya and produced by Feature Producer Lizette Castaneda.
