Our ‘Letterman’ veterans give SVP advice on his Tuesday appearance

On Tuesday night, Scott Van Pelt is scheduled to join a select list of ESPN personalities who have had the honor of sitting in the guest chair on the Late Show with David Letterman (CBS, 11:35 p.m. ET).

The SportsCenter anchor and host of the Scott Van Pelt Show on ESPN Radio (M-F, 1 p.m. ET, simulcast on ESPNEWS) will make his Letterman debut on the same night Dave welcomes Harry Connick, Jr. and the Mariachi El Bronx band.

With a few Letterman vets roaming the Bristol campus, Front Row took the liberty of gathering some Late Show advice for Van Pelt and then sharing those words of wisdom with him. The reult is the above video.
